Our Curriculum Intent
At St. David’s we have a well-sequenced, knowledge-rich curriculum that gives children long-term ‘powerful knowledge’ and a solid base for future learning and experiences. The curriculum nurtures our children to have enquiring minds and to be curious, skilful learners who are motivated and independent. We inspire our children to be interested and interesting, lifelong, ambitious learners.
Our children are taught on a two-year rolling curriculum cycle to ensure that the National Curriculum is fully covered by the time the children leave our school.
